Before October ends, I would like to blog in Pink to support the fight on Breast Cancer.
Throughout the years I have known many friends fighting for their lives against this disease.
I saw a man this morning walking into work with a beautiful pink floral potted plant.
We got on the elevator together.
As I looked at the plant I saw a pink ribbon symbol showing he was supporting someone who has breast cancer.
I was thinking to myself three things.
First, how thoughful this man was.
Second, how the person he was bringing it to would light up and be encouraged by a simple, beautiful pink plant.
And third, how the support for breast cancer awareness has become part of each and every one of our lives.
The human spirit continues to fight for the cure, whether it be within one’s own immune system or through supporting those fighting for their lives.
Keep the faith and Godspeed.
The cure will be found.

I also pray for a cure. It seems as though we are near finding one...I pray that it happens soon.
Best wishes and Happy Pink Saturday!
Natasha.
I seriously hope a cure can be found - two people close to me have been diagnosed within a month of each other. Both young and beautiful women with young families. It`s a tragedy that this happens to anyone.
ULTRA-FANTASTIC post! I LOVE it!!
Beautiful post..thanks for the reminder. My prayers for a cure.
Your graphics are amazing. If I had a bit more "frou frou" to my personality, I would snag something from your blog and put it on my blog (with a link to you, of course--I'm not a total thief), but I'm more the "I'm-covered-in-dog-hair" type.
I am sure you could sell your graphics if you wanted to...They're really well done.
I see you won Becky's contest. Congratulations! (It's always fun winning something, isn't it!)
