Sunday Mornings

This morning there is a chill in the air here in the desert.

We have a cold front going through our state.

So early this morning,

I wrapped myself up in my hand crocheted afghan

Sat on our back porch;

And enjoyed the brisk cool air as I sipped my Wolfgang Puck Hawaiian Hazelnut Aloha Noisette Coffee.

And realized one of my favorite things to do is sit outside, early Sunday morning while listening to all the chatter and chirping of the birds, and bathe in the cool crisp air and remember to count my blessings.

Wish I could say I was out side this morning, but the wind is howling again. I think I moved to Wyoming, and someone forgot to change my address.♥♫

Beautiful pictures and a beautiful post! I love to sit outside and listen to the birds chirping, too. And I count my blessings all the time. I've learned that those who grumble and complain keep getting more to grumble and complain about and those who count their blessings and thank the Lord continue to find things to be thankful for. It's the law of sewing and reaping in action. And reaping is such a wonderful thing, when you're planted right! :-)
