As Promised....Plus a Freebie!

As always,  Mom came through for me and generously shared her recipe for the "Lemonicious Bars".

*Thanks Mom*

Hi Mo...Oh, your lemon pictures were very bright and sunny! Better than a glass of lemonade! The bars look decadent and yummified. Oh, I remember the citrus of Arizona...very nice. Have a super day. Susan

Mo,
so I have to share my Lemon bars disaster story...
I made the lemon bars on Sunday...when I took them out of the oven...Lo and Behold..one side was burned and all the lemony stuff was shifted to one side..what??? what could I have done wrong??? A few minutes later I opened the oven and...when i had changed the rack from the very bottom to the middle I had each side on different levels!!! OMG!! anyway, today I cut them up and had to throw half the pan away but the ones I kept are deliciously awesome!!! Guess I'll have to make another batch!! lol
