Saying that, this is my blog for Sunday. We are taking an all day trip out of town tomorrow to blaze the trails of Arizona in our new Jeep. Happy Fourth of July to all of you sweet petals from heaven.
(These pictures were taken with my Kodak. I think they look much better.)
This little group of treasures begins with a gift tag given to me by a dear friend. She also has the ‘French Touch’.
This beautiful pink sea urchin is from Hawaii. It’s hard to believe it is made by nature. It resembles very fine porcelain and it's just as fragile.
Now for my favorite of this group. These vintage earrings are made out of pink seashells. And are a one-of-a-kind pair. The intricate detail and placement of the petals is amazing.
The dried rose petals are mine. They were once in bloom in the rose garden my husband planted for me for my birthday years ago as a surprise present. He’s a keeper. We have been married for over 20 years!
