Pinks, Crystals, and Roses
When I was a little girl, I always dreamed about having a china cabinet.
The one filled with fine china and crystals.
The one that sparkles when the sun shines through the top window.
My collection started long ago with Royal Albert’s “Old Country Roses” dinnerware set. (To be honest, I didn’t even have a dining room set at the time.)
I didn’t know at the time I bought the set they created so many other items complimenting their china. When they came out with their chintz, I was in love (again).
It is a serendipity collection of many pinks, crystals, and roses that I have enjoyed collecting over the years.

A Southern Season
My sweet sister surprised me with a gift the other day.
She knows how much I adore tea.
She sent several packets of gourmet teas for me to try from her “favorite” store in Chapel Hill, North Carolina called, “A Southern Season”.
This packet of tea is called TCHAI. A black tea with spices.
I don’t usually drink my tea with milk, but I followed the directions and it was divine.
Have a terrific week sweet friends. Make someone's day by letting them know you are thinking about them.
