Villa High Tea Part 3

I promised you pictures I took of Cathy's Rumderful  cakes during my Villa High Tea with my mother.

At a magical place called " Cathy Rumcake's ".

Cathy had several refrigerator units filled with various displays of her creative designs.

I am a big fan of cloches, bonbons and berries, so the above display was a favorite of mine.

Of course there were several beautiful wedding cakes.

Could you just imagine fresh roses all over this cake at a wedding?

Or rose petals?

I adore this ornate silver cake pedestal shown above.

Today remember to. . .

" Seize the moment. Remember all those women on the Titanic who waved off the dessert cart. "

Isn't it amazing how you can make a work of art from baking! That cake is too pretty to eat.

Mo, what a lovely bit of eye candy you have given us! That cake is so lovely i wouldn't want to cut into it! Just so pretty, it's more like true art than food.
All the same, give me a good lemon curd between layers and you can have my frosting! ;)

Hi Mo ~

As always so beautiful. Those cakes are divine, but the strawberries look scrumptious!

Happy week to you.
