Transported to a Manor House Bedroom

I am playing with my camera here.  Being “creative” you might say.   I am inspired by Cindy’s "My Romantic Home" as well as, "Romantic Homes” Magazine.

0288b_rpfh  Here’s were I started.  The white wall background for this photo shoot just wasn’t doing it for me. So…

09rb_rpfhEnter “Romantic Homes” Magazine opened to pages 46 and 47 of their September 2010 issue.
Interesting, to say the least.

0111rb_rpfh All of a sudden, I am transported into a Swedish Manor House bedroom.
keep2 Where my vintage Fenton “Jacqueline” cranberry overlay vase pops with hot pink color.

0377rb_rpfh  Here, even my inexpensive glass tea candle holder’s I bought from Target long ago look absolutely stunning!  (I’m smiling here)

010rb_rpfh This photo reminds me of a stormy day with the rain pouring down outside and the thunder rumbling every now and then.

Time to bring out my “Old Country Roses” chintz creamer for more colors in this photo shoot.
03rb_rpfh The deep cranberry ruffles of Fenton’s newer art glass glistens like raspberry candy in “my” Swedish Manor House bedroom..

0477rb_rpfhThis vintage dish is really different and I have filled it today with dried rose petals.  It is such a better use than the original purpose which was an ashtray (yuk!).

I will be playing around some more with my photography so stay tuned.

Have a great Thursday Blogettes!
