Bunny Love

I recall picking up this bunny at Tuesday Morning.

He was a bargain at only two dollars!

He was on clearance and needed some love.



I knew he would make for a wonderful Easter photo shoot.

  

He even had a chip in his foot in the shape of a heart.

I filled him with white paper roses.

And sat him next to a beautiful lavender basket.

He seemed to be smiling under his adorable pink nose!

Sweet Scent of Lily

Sunday I received a wonderful surprise visit from my mother and father. 



My mother was hidden behind a huge Easter lily plant she had picked out for me.

It was magical.

We get to enjoy it all week long.

This Easter lily has the sweetest fragrance to it.  It is indescribable.

When my teenage son saw the plant, I asked him to smell the flower as I have always done since he was old enough to walk.  ( kindly he did. )

I suppose inside I am hoping he will always remember to close his eyes and lose himself in a flower's fragrance, even for just that moment.

It is one of many of heaven's gifts where one can find peace.

I hope you are finding peaceful moments of reflection this week.
