Rose Colored Glass, Part I

I began collecting cranberry glass after seeing it in an issue of "Traditional Home" magazine... It struck a spark in my soul and it is truely a treasure. As you can see, I became passionate about it.

As I learned more about it, it became facinating. It is made with "real" gold. This is the ingredient which makes the irresistible "rose" color in the glass.

I will be blogging about my collection...stay tuned!
